The objective of this course is to provide the student with an overview of the proper way to prepare a CMA“ using the appraisal practices that are confined to the sales comparison approach which is what is relevant for determining values in the field of residential real estate. The class will equip the student with the tools needed to assess the value of a home, similar to the way an Appraiser would determine the value.
