Description: The preamble to the REALTOR Code of Ethics advises that “REALTORS can take no safer guide than that which has been handed down through the centuries, embodied in the Golden Ruleâ€. In this course, REALTORS will explore the Golden (and Platinum) Rules and contemplate whether these are enough. From there, we will investigate the process of problem solving and decision making. What role do REALTORS take in the process? How do the perspectives and values of the decision maker affect the process and the outcomes?
