On August 14, Ryan Judge, Deputy Chief Planning Officer with SEPTA - Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority will present,    SEPTA & Real Estate: Why Transit Access is a Value-Add.  Ryan will share how the transit system is evolving to better serve the region, and its economic impact to Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties.

Whether you’re working with buyers who want walkable neighborhoods, or investors looking to capitalize on transit-accessible properties, this session will offer valuable insight into how SEPTA contributes to quality of life, community development, and long-term value across the Greater Philadelphia region.

From upgraded stations and improved safety measures to new Market Frankford Line vehicles and future service enhancements, SEPTA is investing in the infrastructure that helps keep local communities connected—and real estate thriving.
