The event features keynote speaker and bestselling author Steve McClatchy, who will share practical strategies for better decision-making, stronger communication, intentional leadership, and greater professional and personal success. Attendees will also enjoy a plated lunch, Association business meeting, Affiliate Expo, networking, door prizes, and special recognition ceremonies for REALTOR® Emeritus honorees, Leadership Development Program graduates, and “Making a Difference: Community Service Awards” winners, along with the final opportunity to vote for the 2026 Board of Directors candidates. Registration and Expo begin at 11:30 a.m., with lunch at noon, the business meeting at 12:30 p.m., and McClatchy’s keynote from 1:00–2:00 p.m. Registration is encouraged as tickets are expected to sell out.
