Description:
Discussions will focus on what Brokers and
Owners need to know to evaluate the risks and rewards of the
various construction project delivery methods such as Lump Sum
Design-Bid-Build, CM-at-Risk under a Guaranteed Maximum Price
(GMP), Design-Build and Integrated Project
Delivery.
The
presentation will also evaluate the key components of a General
Contractor’s fee proposal, identifying and differentiating between
the cost of the work, allowances, contingency, general conditions
(direct project reimbursable expenses and staffing costs), overhead
and profit.
